Catherine is a prominent figure in family law. She is senior partner at Harbottle & Lewis and heads the Family Group, a young and dynamic team, going from strength-to-strength since Catherine arrived in 2017, gaining further recognition each year.

Catherine’s practice encompasses all aspects of private family law following relationship breakdown including divorce and difficult children proceedings. She is currently leading a piece of children and finance litigation in the High Court that is unprecedented in terms of its breadth and complexity across the legal spectrum. It involves scores of hearings including in the higher appellate courts challenging existing law. This is just one example of the heavy-hitting work for which Catherine and her team have become known.
