Cathy is a partner in the firm’s Business Law group and Technology Group in Calgary. Her diverse practice focuses on complex M&A and commercial transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations, private equity, general corporate matters, strategic projects, procurement and outsourcing transactions. Cathy is a highly regarded corporate lawyer who acts for both public and private companies and is sought after to get deals done. She has extensive experience acting on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including numerous Canadian market entry deals on behalf of foreign companies.
