César Espert Rodríguez is a Partner at EJASO, specializing in corporate and contractual law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, innovative business, and technology transfer projects. He has a broad experience in advising tech companies and venture capital funds specialized in deep tech and tech transfer. He also provide legal advise to public universities and public institutes in transferring their knowledge to spin-offs.

With a robust legal background, he has been providing legal-commercial consultancy at EJASO since July 2013. Prior to this, he served as a procedure lawyer at Gabinete Jurídico XXI Law Firm and Espert & Gil-Albarellos Abogados.

Career

César holds law degrees from Complutense University of Madrid and Charles III University of Madrid, and has completed the Erasmus Programme at Università degli studi di Roma la Sapienza. He also pursued PhD courses at the University of La Rioja and topped his class in the Executive Master in Business Law Practice at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
