Charles Samek KC is a commercial lawyer with a substantial court and advisory practice. In practice for 33 years, 14 years as a Silk, he has been involved in many leading cases and high-profile commercial disputes. Specialising in commercial litigation, civil fraud, banking & finance and shareholder disputes, he is highly experienced both as a first-instance and appellate advocate. He has been admitted to the Bars of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI) and ad hoc in the Cayman Islands.
