With over 20 years of experience in dealing with maritime and admiralty, international trade, ship engineering, crew employment, financing leasing disputes, and other related legal affairs.

Zhou has participated in the amendment and discussion of more than ten laws, regulations, and rules. Involved in the drafting, discussion, and review of judicial interpretations regarding ship oil pollution and other matters.
