Career

Christopher W. Boyett is the National Co-Practice Group Leader of Holland & Knight’s Private Wealth Services Group. Mr. Boyett advises ultra high net worth families throughout the United States and globally on sophisticated estate planning, charitable planning and tax strategies.

Mr. Boyett also counsels family businesses and business owners on succession planning and tax planning. In advising wealthy U.S. and global families and business owners, he has been active in establishing and advising family offices. That work includes the establishment and operation of family offices and in certain cases, in conjunction with Holland & Knight’s Fund Team, fund formation (Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Venture Capital).

He also advises institutional and individual clients on estate and trust administration, including fiduciary litigation.

Lastly, Mr. Boyett serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, Graduate Program in Taxation.
