Career

Claudio Ponari, lawyer since 1999 and barrister of the Supreme Court since 2015, has accrued experience in labor and trade union law, providing for consultancy and judicial assistance for leading Italian companies and foreign multinationals, with particular reference to those operating in textile, fashion, telephone, metalworking, rubber & plastic, trade and credit sectors. Claudio provides assistance with corporate restructuring and reorganization operations, also for the benefit of foreign companies of Italian multinationals. Graduated at Federico II University of Naples, PhD in labor and social security law and former lecturer in community labor law at the University of Sannio. Claudio has also been appointed curator assistant for access to social furloughs and management of collective dismissal procedures in bankruptcy proceedings of large companies.

Publications

Claudio is author of articles and notes for specialized magazines, as well as co-author of monographic works. He participates as speaker in conferences, seminars and webinars on labor and trade union law issues.
