Lawyer since 1991, she deals with labour and trade union issues, giving legal advice and assistance in litigation to domestic and multinational companies, and top management, related to all aspects of labour relationships, including restructuring and reorganisation, social security, collective agreements, commercial agent agreements, business contracts, M&A, transfer of undertaking, employee welfare plans and benefits, discrimination. She has specific skills in the sectors of trade and large-scale retail trade, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, BPO and banking. She is entitled to defend before all courts, including the high courts. Author of publications and regular speaker at conferences.
