Craig has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate tax, and an impressive track record of advising on a number of successful transactions for blue-chip companies and private equity houses. Before joining Webber Wentzel, Craig was a partner in PwC's tax advisory practice and he also served as a tax partner at EY starting its African Transaction Tax practice.
