He has drafted over 500 opinions on a wide range of local government, administrative, constitutional, transport, electricity distribution, energy, tobacco, alcohol, gambling and fishing law issues. He has also been involved in drafting national, provincial and local legislation, acting in litigation disputes and presenting numerous workshops.
