Dan’s practice focuses on representing institutional investors, lenders and creditors in financial restructurings, litigation, and creditors’ rights. Dan is predominately known for his representation of bondholders, bond trustees and other creditor groups in various distressed continuing care retirement communities and health care related entities nationwide.
