Financial and Quasi-Financial:

-Represented an asset management company in arbitration in a contract dispute with the issuer of an cash investment product.

-Represented an investor in a lawsuit against the issuer and the administrator of a collective cash investment product for damages arising from their failure to perform their duties.

-Represented a provincial branch of a large state-owned asset management company in a lawsuit filed over its non-performing asset disposal process.

-Represented a foreign-invested bank in a series of arbitration cases filed by the bank and its corporate customers in connection with financial derivative products such as foreign exchange options and forwards.

-Represented various securities companies in disputes with creditors over pledge-style repo of stocks worth tens or hundreds of millions in RMB.

-Represented a securities company in a civil lawsuit alleging misrepresentation in the securities market for statements by the securities company about a listed company in an asset acquisition project made while the securities company was acting as a financial advisor.

-Represented a securities company in a rare civil lawsuit arising from alleged misrepresentation in the securities market about an NEEQ-listed company in its targeted issuance project where the securities company served as chief agency broker.

-Represented a famous state-owned commercial bank in the first litigation in China over a fraudulent letter of credit.

-Represented an automobile financial leasing company in financial leasing lawsuits between the company and its end users and distributors.

-Represented a famous wealth management group in a series of lawsuits and arbitrations between the group and investors over disputes about fund products and asset management products.

-Represented various famous private equity and investment companies in lawsuits and arbitrations over investment project disputes, including disputes over VAM agreements, corporate control of shareholders and management, corporate deadlocks, and shareholders’ right of knowledge.

-Represented a foreign-invested financial leasing company in an arbitration arising from a cooperation agreement with an equipment manufacturing enterprise under a financial leasing arrangement.

-Represented a US branch of a famous European bank in litigation before the Shanghai courts over a fraudulent letter of credit.

-Represented a leading multinational manufacturer in food, home and personal care products in several dispute resolution cases, including a purchase agreement dispute against a Chinese company at CIETAC and a distribution agreement dispute against a domestic distributor in Beijing court.

-Represented a US-based multinational food manufacturing company in disputes arising from its share acquisition and subsequent asset sales in China.
