General Meeting of Holders and Potential Dispute of ABS:

-Acted as legal consultant for Puyang in terminating its right to benefit from water charges asset-backed special scheme, including designing the structure and holding a general meeting of the holders.

-Acted as legal consultant for Pingan Huatai-Dadi Cinema Trust Beneficiary Asset-Backed Special Scheme on all aspects of the cinema adjustment, including designing structure and holding general meeting of holders.

-Acted as legal consultant for a securities firm in the potential dispute over an ABS transaction, including preparing litigation and reorganization plans.

-Acted as legal consultant for Yinhe Jinhui-Jindian’s 17.5 Cinema Trust Beneficiary Asset-Backed Special Scheme on all aspects of the adjustment and sale of the cinema, and the holding of the general meeting of holders.

-Acted as legal consultant for a bank on the debtor’s bankruptcy dispute of a CLO transaction, including litigation preparation and information disclosure.
