He has over 20 years of experience in advising banks and other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on acquisition, corporate, real estate, project as well as export lending, both bilateral and syndicated, international and local. He also has extensive experience in corporate law and business contracts.

Prior to joining Dentons in 2010, Daniel worked over 10 years in Prague office of Clifford Chance.
