He has over 30 years of experience acting as lead partner on major institutional real estate transactions involving from single assets to large portfolios in Europe and globally in the logistics, data center, residential, office, retail and hotel sectors.
Career
Evan is Co-Chairman of the Global Real Estate Group at Dentons, the largest and one of the leading teams amongst major international law firms, with more than 1,000 real estate lawyers worldwide.
From the inception of Dentons in 2013, through 2023, Evan has served as Chairman of the Europe Board and a Member of the Dentons Global Board, and for seven years also as Global Vice Chair of the Firm. Before Dentons was founded, he served as the Co-Chair of Salans’ Global Real Estate Group for 10 years. Prior to that, he was the founder of the Central European Real Estate Practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and later Co-Chairman of their European Property and Finance Group. Before moving to Europe in 1993, Evan was a real estate lawyer in Philadelphia with Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen.
