Daniel Myhre Engell specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration.

Daniel has been involved in post-M&A disputes, advisory and directors' liability cases and other complex commercial disputes.

Daniel has been part of the litigation of several SPA-related litigation and arbitration cases, a major IT M&A dispute, diverse commercial contract disputes and insurance-related disputes. He has also been involved in insurance coverage matters, including coverage for covid-19 related costs, and assisted an executive in a fit and proper matter.

Daniel has previously been seconded on two occasions for in-house claims handling with insurance companies.
