Daniela Karollus-Bruner is a partner at CMS, where she leads the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and the Insurance Law team. She is also a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law teams.
During and after her law studies in Vienna and Paris, she worked for several years as an assistant at the University of Vienna (including in the Institute of Civil Law). Daniela Karollus-Bruner has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Vienna and Linz.
Daniela has many years of experience in conducting complex litigation and arbitration proceedings for companies in a wide range of industries, in particular energy, media, banking, financial services and insurance. She represents Austrian and international clients in court and arbitration proceedings, in particular in tort, contract, product liability, corporate and competition law.
She is also a sought-after speaker at seminars and the author or co-author of numerous specialist publications.
