Career

As a member of the Corporate Finance department, David Ayache’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions for which he advises private and listed companies, private equity funds and entrepreneurs with respect to corporate acquisitions and divestments, joint-ventures and private equity transactions.

Over the years, he has acted on transactions across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, softwares, health and e-health, retail, luxury goods, fashion, internet and e-commerce.

Prior to joining the firm in 2000, David was an associate with the Paris and New York offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher and with the corporate department of Allen & Overy.

He is featured in the research independent guides: Chambers, Legal 500, European Legal Experts, Thomson Reuters (mid market insight) and Who’s Who in Private Equity.
