Career
Co-managing partner, Olivier is a member of the New-York and Paris Bar.
Olivier Tordjman is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, turnarounds and share incentive schemes.
In the M&A and private equity sector, he mostly represents investment funds and certain major corporations and is particularly involved in the LBO market and in debt and equity restructurings.
He has also been active for more than 25 years in banking and finance advising mostly banks and financial institutions in syndicated loans, asset finance and acquisition finance as well as major French corporates in capital market operations.
After having practiced as a partner of a London city firm for several years, Olivier then successfully set up his own firm with Alain Levy, which they merged as of 1st February 2004 with the firm of AYACHE.
