David began his career as a Trial Attorney for the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he litigated tax issues before the U.S. district and bankruptcy courts. He clerked for the Hon. Frank Minis Johnson Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. David is currently the Editor of the Transfer Pricing Answer Book (PLI 2023).
