Dedan Wachira is a Senior Associate at O&M Law specializing in dispute resolution and litigation. He advises and represents individual and corporate clients in commercial disputes, employment and labour relations matters, environment and land cases, insolvency, banking and insurance law, public procurement review claims, as well as constitutional and judicial review matters. With a strong interest in public interest litigation, he is currently handling a Constitutional Petition aimed at improving the welfare of teenage mothers.

He appears before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court, Environment and Land Court, Magistrate’s Courts, and specialized tribunals across Kenya. His strategic approach to litigation ensures that both local and foreign clients receive dedicated and effective representation. Dedan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Prior to joining O&M Law, he worked as an Associate at Gachie Mwanza & Co. Advocates.
