Patrick Onyango Ogola is the Founding and Managing Partner at O & M Law LLP, with over two decades of experience in commercial and corporate law. He has advised a diverse clientele on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, real estate, and intellectual property law. Patrick is also a seasoned litigator, specializing in insolvency, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.

Recognized by the World Trademark Review and The Lawyer Africa Hall of Fame, he is regarded as a top intellectual property lawyer in Kenya. He has served as Chairman of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, East African Law Society, and the International Bar Association.

He holds an LL.B. from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
