Doris is experienced in various project-type transactions, including overseas and domestic IPO and fund raising, cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint venture, inbound and outbound investment transaction and application, banking and financing, and real estate/data centre development projects. She also has extensive experiences in commercial and operation contracts, data protection advice and other corporate compliance advice. She serves clients with a wide range of industries, including semiconductor, manufacturer, clean energy, food, FMCG, e-commerce, life science, cosmetics, PE/VC, bank and financial service etc. Doris ever worked at a multinational pharmaceutical group and a worldwide chain retailer group and could understand the wants and needs from the perspective of insider in efficient way.
