Eleni has 20 years’ experience in Dispute Resolution. She is member of the team appearing as Counsel in numerous international commercial and investment arbitrations. She is member of the team appointed as lead counsel in an ICSID case against the Lebanese Republic, representing an international construction company.
Eleni is regularly involved in civil, commercial and private insurance law cases and handles cases in the construction, energy, and public procurement, dealing with issues ranging from the invitation to tender to the performance of projects.
Eleni frequently advises clients on the energy regulatory framework regarding a wide range of issues, including renewable energy projects, natural resources and utilities.
She is member of the legal team handling major Mergers and Acquisitions (including the energy and construction field) by conducting complex due diligence reports, advising the client through the whole process of the transaction and negotiating SPAs.
She provides advice to foreign/international insurance companies, including Lloyd’s syndicates, on complex insurance matters and advises clients in relation to several demanding types of contracts.
