Elizabeth A Malloy

Career

Elizabeth Malloy is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department. She focuses her practice on employment litigation, employment law, and serving as a neutral investigator for employment complaints for employers in diverse industries. In the education sector, she has served as an investigator of students complaints and as a Title IX Hearing Officer. She has represented employers in diverse industries in various litigation matters, through jury trials, in cases alleging race, gender, and age discrimination, racial and sexual harassment, retaliation, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave ACT. She also obtained decertification of three wage and hour class actions. Liz’s employment counseling experience includes substantial experience in assisting employers with workplace reductions from initial planning through notification to the workplace. Liz earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law (cum laude, Order of the Coif).
