Furthermore, he excels in leading collective bargaining negotiations and providing guidance on the adoption of employee relations policies. Notably, Enrique also offers strategic counsel to employers dealing with cross-border employment intricacies. His influence extends to academia as a professor in postgraduate studies at Universidad de Los Andes.
