Practice Areas
Éric Gosselin is the National Practice Group Leader of the Business Law group. He is widely recognized for his experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work, and for his depth of expertise representing clients in the food, beverage and agribusiness sectors. His practice covers areas including M&A, finance, JVs and partnerships, and he serves as the firm’s relationship partner for such major clients as General Mills, Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Molson Coors, Olymel, Diageo Canada, S.C. Johnson and the Société des alcools du Québec.
He successfully represents a number of businesses and financial institutions operating in agribusiness, especially in the areas of food processing and alcoholic beverage manufacturing. Éric takes a pragmatic and business-driven approach when advising clients on acquisitions, regulations and general commercial law.
Éric’s experience includes regional, national and cross-border transactions in a range of industries.
