Career
Eric Madden heads the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai, LLP. A key member of the senior leadership team that has built Reid Collins into a top national trial boutique, Eric is widely recognized as one of the leading bankruptcy-related litigators in the country. He has represented trustees, receivers, creditor committees, and defrauded investors in major cases throughout the United States. These cases often involve corporate malfeasance, financial fraud, and/or significant fraudulent transfers. Eric has successfully tried cases against a wide cast of characters—from a former member of the Gambino crime family to a former U.S. Congressman.

Eric received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Kansas, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the Order of the Coif, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Kansas Law Review.
