Career

Lisa S. Tsai is managing partner and co-founder of Reid Collins & Tsai, LLP, one of nation’s top plaintiffs’ trial boutiques. Lisa represents wide variety of plaintiffs, including fund managers, investor groups, bankruptcy trustees, corporations, and individuals, in complex business disputes, including financial fraud cases, legal malpractice actions, fiduciary duty litigation, intellectual property litigation, and securities and shareholder derivative lawsuits. Over her career, she has obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for clients, while holding accountable wrongdoers and exposing financial fraud, corporate malfeasance, and professional negligence that otherwise would go unaddressed.
