ERIC WOLF is a partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in the firm’s New York office.

Eric advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefit-related arrangements, including cash-based incentives, equity-based incentives, employment, severance, retention, deferred compensation, and retirement arrangements, with a particular emphasis on issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, new and joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Eric has extensive experience representing both private equity investors and management in their portfolio companies with structuring equity compensation and employment arrangements and Eric also advises public companies regarding similar arrangements. Eric has experience representing clients in a wide range of industries including financial services, insurance, real estate, energy, industrials and manufacturing, technology and healthcare.
