Eugenio Grageda Nuñez is an attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of international tax and estate tax planning. Mr. Grageda is a New York and Mexican lawyer experienced in dealing with the tax aspects of corporate transactions and reorganizations, investment vehicles, and financing structures at a domestic and international level. His practice also concentrates on the succession and patrimonial planning of high-net-worth individuals, investments in Mexican and foreign financial instruments, and value-added tax (VAT) matters. Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Grageda held positions at Mexican tax law firms, a New York law firm, and the Mexican Revenue Service.
