Mr. Buenaventura is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions department.
He specializes in corporate law with particular expertise in general corporate advice, cross-border transactions, and in structuring real estate projects and transactions. In his daily practice at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, he renders legal advice to clients in the real estate industry and to national and foreign investors of other industries. He has also participated in various complex negotiations related to acquisitions, real estate trusts, joint-ventures and strategic alliances.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate member of Brons & Salas law firm and a member of the Federal Judicial Branch.
Exequiel received a law degree from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 2004. Since then, he is a professor -appointed as a result of an open competitive selection process- at the Business Law Department of the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires. He has been a speaker in conferences related to commercial law, and has published doctrine articles in specialized magazines.
