Career

Fang Tan graduated from Renmin University of China with a master's degree. She has been a judge for 11 years, serving as presiding judge and vice president. During her tenure, she has heard more than 1,000 civil and commercial cases, being awarded as a "case-handling expert". She has accumulated a wealth of trial skills and mediation experience, specializing in dealing with challenging cases and resolving complex conflicts.

With 19 years of legal practice, Fang Tan has led the team in representing more than 3,000 cases, many of which are well-known cases that have stirred up the whole country and have been interviewed and reported by CCTV's "Legal Report". She has served as a legal advisor or training instructor for numerous private banks, trust institutions, insurance companies, third-party wealth management organizations, and immigration and educational institutions in China. She provides legal advice and designs solutions for high-net-worth clients on wealth management and inheritance. At the same time, she also serves as the private attorney or family attorney for several CEOs of listed companies, famous entrepreneurs, and celebrities, providing wealth planning and solutions, with assets exceeding hundreds of billions.
