Frédérique Léger has been with Dentons since 2002, when she joined the Cairo office as a juriste. She focuses on banking and asset finance, with particular emphasis on energy-related financing, and on cross-border trade transactions. She advises major international banks and financial institutions in all areas of international banking transactions including syndicated loans and pre-export finance facilities as well as in trade finance and project finance transactions. She also advises major corporations on competition, mergers and acquisitions and trade in various industrial sectors. Frédérique also has experience in the field of aviation, assisting international lenders, lessors and manufacturers in cross-border aircraft financing and leasing transactions as well as in the establishment of airline companies. She has supervised or assisted in all financing transactions handled by the Cairo office as well as all recent aviation deals.
