Gabriel is a partner in the Tax Department and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of tax consultancy. With specializations in International Taxation and Tax Planning (Brazilian Association of Financial Law, 2008), Tax Auditing (Faculty of Administration and Accounting Sciences – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, 2013), and Tax Litigation (Cândido Mendes University, 2008), his experience includes tax planning and audit advice on M&A and corporate restructuring, telecommunications and satellite operations, software, new technologies and crypto assets, estate planning and debt reprofiling, art and antique transactions, and assisting various agents in the fashion industry. Gabriel is a member of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF/RJ), of the Legal and Tax Committee of the Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Base Industries (ABDIB) and of Felsberg Advogados’ Committee of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (DiversiFeA), Development Committee, as well as the coordinator of the International Taxation Group.
