Garry Berman, chair of Robinson+Cole's Commercial Real Estate Leasing Group, focuses on real estate law and has more than three decades of extensive experience handling all types of sophisticated real estate transactions and financings affecting property located in major, mid-sized and small cities throughout the United States, including all of the following: office, retail, restaurant and industrial leasing and subleasing for landlords and tenants; brokerage matters for landlords, tenants, and brokers; sale, purchase, construction, and development of vacant land, improved commercial and industrial properties, multifamily and student housing complexes and storage facilities for property owners, landlords, and tenants; mortgage and construction financing, workouts, and loan restructurings for lenders and borrowers; and telecommunications licensing for landlords and tenants.
