Has experience of high-net worth cases where issues of special contributions and pre and post-marital assets come into play, as well as nuptial agreements, be that drafting or advising how such an agreement can impact on financial remedies claims.

Is regularly instructed in complex Children Act matters involving parental alienation and intractable hostility, applications for leave to remove, as well as regularly appearing in the High Court in international abduction cases (to Hague and Non-Hague countries).
