He advises regulated companies on securities market regulations and provides legal advice to listed companies on corporate governance and commercial issues. He is also the legal advisor to the Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Barcelona and was the former chairman of the Banking, Finance, and Capital Markets Commission of AIJA.
