Graham has over a decade of experience as a tax professional advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, private equity fund formation, portfolio company investment and disinvestment, empowerment transactions, funding transactions, corporate actions, group reorganisations and rationalisations as well as general corporate and international tax advisory work. Graham is a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a registered Tax Practitioner. He is also an accomplished writer and speaker on tax, private equity and M&A. Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, Graham was a member of the Deloitte M&A tax team.
