Her areas of expertise include Mergers & Acquisition, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring, Debt Restructuring, Debt Capital Markets, and Securities and Takeover Regulation in India.

Career

Gunjan represents several international and domestic strategic and private equity clients. She has been the “go to” exclusive counsel for several private equity funds (including Apollo, AION, and ChrysCapital) for more than a decade. Gunjan has managed the legal aspects of several complex and ground-breaking major transactions that were the first of their kind and are now commonly used as precedents.
