Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Lawyer, 1967); Institut International d’Administration Publique (Diploma of the Administrative Section, 1969).
Founded the law firm D’Empaire Reyna Abogados (1972); Director of Dividendo Voluntario para la Comunidad (1982), becoming chairman of the organization (1998-2000); member of the Founding Council of Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (since 2006); Legal Advisor of the Fundación Andrés Bello, to the Society of Education and Religious Culture and other institutions of the Company of Jesus; part of the Board of Directors of the Alliance for a Venezuela without Drugs, and of the Federation of Private Institutions for Child, Youth and Family Care (FIPAN).
