Attorney at the Tax Matters Division of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Venezuela (1989-1993); Partner in ARAQUEREYNA (since 1996) and is the coordinator of the Tax Department of the Firm.
Ms. García has substantial experience advising corporations on Tax Planning, as well as individuals on Family Estate Planning and Patrimonial Protection. She has vast knowledge in local taxation matters and conducting and pursuing administrative and jurisdictional procedures in tax matters, including tax audits and administrative appeals.
