Harry Bresslaw is a senior associate in the firm’s theatre team, advising clients on commissioning, creative team arrangements, production, development, financing, licensing, theatre tax credit matters and other related sector issues.

Harry works with clients including established West End and Broadway producers, subsidised sector venues, investors and high-profile rights-holders. He also regularly supports emerging independent and up-and-coming theatre producers, including participants and alumni of the Stage One scheme, as well as acting as production counsel on West End shows and advising on international transfers, touring, dance and immersive theatre productions, and other live events.

He also advises on commercial matters in the entertainment industry more broadly, and in particular acts for a number of clients on film and television and other cross-media intellectual property matters.
