Hedda works within banking and financing and debt capital markets, where she advises domestic and international corporations, sponsors, lenders, and issuers on various financing transactions and structures within the bank and bond markets, with a particular focus on acquisition financing. She also has experience working with large corporate restructurings, principally within the oil, gas and offshore industries.

She is also qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and a licensed attorney in New York and the District of Columbia (inactive).
