Henrik Seeliger is the head of Lindahl’s procurement department. Henrik substantially works with issues surrounding public procurement, such as procurement within the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors, public access to documents, state aid, and competitive sales activity. He is also active in the areas of municipal and administrative law, dispute resolution, and commercial contract law. He has great experience in advising on public procurement, appeals, damages disputes, and establishing commercial agreements. Henrik has argued several cases before the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court.
He is often hired as a lecturer on topics within his legal areas, and his articles and chronicles on public procurement are published regularly. Among Henrik’s regular clients are a large number of players within the public sector. He has especially great experience in construction procurement, PPP projects, traffic contracts, and procurement of IT-systems, procurement of medical equipment, service concessions, and procurement legal issues in conjunction with reorganisations and outsourcing.
