His practice focuses on Civil Procedural, Corporate, Administrative, Banking and Constitutional Law; Criminal Law in commercial matters (“white-collar crime”); Intellectual Property litigation, including actions against piracy and counterfeiting, unfair competition; administrative litigation related to public procurement, tenders and concessions; intracorporate conflicts, including minority protection; consumer rights; misleading advertising and arbitration.

In addition, he leads the team of lawyers that are litigating intracorporate conflicts in the most important corporate groups of Guatemala; these complex disputes have involved multiple civil, criminal, administrative and constitutional actions. Henry and his team have also been very active and successful in the defense of acquired rights of different holders of governmental concessions.
