Antitrust and unfair competition. He counsels domestic and foreign multinational companies in connection with cartel, monopolisation and merger control such as vitamin, graphite electrode, marine-hose, air-fare, LCD, auto parts, maritime, libor/tibor, FX and certain bond cartels. He also served as a special investigator with the Japan Fair Trade Commission for seven years.
