Takehisa has involved himself in a wide range of corporate and financial transactions at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, including real estate transactions, capital markets, M&A and asset management. He has assisted both domestic and international clients in real estate acquisitions, formation of private and public J-REITs (Japanese Real Estate Investment Trusts), offerings of units by J-REITs in international and domestic markets, as well as J-REIT related mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has particular expertise in Security Token Offering backed by real estate (Real Estate STO).
