Xia graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LLB degree and an LLM degree. She obtained her second LLM degree from Ghent University, Belgium.

Xia has practiced law in China for over 15 years, possessing rich knowledge and practical experience in Security Issuance and the M&A of listed companies. She has provided legal services for numerous large private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offerings, bond issuance and private placements.
