Nicholas is admitted in Mainland China. Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices in 2006, he was employed by a prestigious law firm specializing in foreign-related legal affairs for three years. Nicholas understands domestic (including SOEs) and foreign clients’ needs well and is experienced in transactions in various industries, including real estate.
